APPLICATION
To apply to the Advanced Ocean Synergy Training Course 2019, please create an user account in the ConfTool system and apply HERE.
The deadline to complete your application by uploading the reference letter is by
01 September 2019.
The applicants should:
- Create a user account in the ConfTool and fill in the online application form
- Upload a reference letter from an academic referee or employer (mandatory for all applicants). The reference letter should state the scientific abilities or work experience of supported applicant, explaining also why the student would benefit from this advanced training course
Important Notes
- The application will be considered completed once the reference letter has been submitted (by 01/09/2019 2019 23:59:59 EEST);
- Number of participants is limited to a maximum of 70 students and is subject to a selection procedure by the lecturers and the organizing committee;
- The academic referee will be notified once the application has been submitted;
- Notification of acceptance will be sent by 22 September 2019;
- No participation fee is foreseen. Participants are expected to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses (financial support is not available).
